1. What process will use to clean my roof, my deck, and concrete?
There is no one method for cleaning all areas of your home. Some places require high-pressure washing, others soft. Hence, depending on the durability of the affected surface, we will assign you a team of qualified experts in either soft washing or pressure washing to get the tough stains off. We also utilize special detergent developed to make cleaning easy without harming your surrounding.

2. How do you protect my property from damages?

Definitely, some of your properties can’t be removed and are likely to be damaged or stained during our cleaning or painting process. Hence, we come prepared with the right coverings to keep them safe from stain, spills, and splash. We also come with neutralizers for our detergents and ask the right questions to determine what kind of care we should bestow on your affected property.

3. What are your credentials?

Magnet Group is a fully licensed pressure washing and painting contractor with its general liability insurance. Each member of our team is well trained and qualified to step on your property to carry out their respective duty. Hence, you don’t have anything to worry about.

4. Do you provide a free estimate?

Yes, we do. We don’t hand out an estimate until we have examined your property and the job at hand. Our free estimate may include but isn’t limited to prep work, additional supplies, and the expected amount of primer and paint needed to get the job done.

5. Do you have any pictures?

Yes, we do. You can browse through our portfolio to see our before and after pictures of various projects in the painting and pressure washing industry. You can also request for more recent photos. We are more than happy to supply these to you.

6. Who are on your crew?

Our in-house team of qualified experts designated for your project. Because of the quality of our services and final results are important to us, we don't work with anyone we can't trust. Based on the unique needs of your cleaning or painting job, we will assign the right number of staff required to get the task done quickly and efficiently.

7. What materials do you make use of?

Here at Magnet Group, quality is one of the core focus of our operation. Hence, we do not utilize any substandard products or equipment of any kind on your property. We work with top brands like Sherwin Williams to ensure your property is left with a lasting finish.

8. Do you have references?

9. What’s your prep like?

We have a detailed process, which you can see on all our service pages. Though your project is unique and might need more preps before the inception of the actual project, it usually involves removing items that are larger and difficult for you to remove, covering those that are fixed; sanding, caulking, wood, and drywall repairs amongst others.
